[Tutorial] Hello World App & More!

Here’s that tutorial I promised everyone. It shows you step-by-step how to create an iPhone app that says “Hello World” at the top, copies text field 1 to text field 2, dismisses the keyboard, and even unhides an image all when the “Greet” button is tapped.
